Your privacy is important to Allen & Associates Law PLLC (“we” or “us” or “our”). The policies set forth below are designed to protect the privacy of our visitors and clients. If our privacy policy ever changes, we will post the new policy here.

Any information you provide to us through email addresses as set forth in this site is only used internally by us  to perform a conflict-of-interest check, which is done to ensure Allen & Associates Law PLLC’s compliance with its duties under the Washington Rules of Professional Conduct.
We will not sell, trade, give, share, or show any information provided to us by our visitors and/or clients, to anyone outside of Allen & Associates Law PLLC. We will only surrender information if forced to do so by an authoritative court or government entity.

Currently, our site does not use “cookies” or any other form of tracking, with the following exceptions: page counters and/or web server statistics. Please note: cookies are not programs and cannot harm a user’s system and/or damage a user’s files — they are small text files used by a website or web domain to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user’s ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow the site to track usage behavior that will allow us to make improvements to the website.
