Bryan Terry is a respected medical malpractice defense attorney who has been practicing in Washington since 2007 and has worked with Tim Allen since 2013. He is an experienced litigator, having taken or defended hundreds of depositions, argued numerous motions to various courts, and prepared for or participated in many trials. Bryan received a B.A. in English from the University of Florida and a J.D. with honors from Seattle University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Bryan served as Editor in Chief of the Seattle University Law Review. After law school, Bryan served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Elaine Houghton of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II in Tacoma. Following completion of his clerkship in 2008, he entered private practice in Seattle. Initially, his practice involved general civil defense litigation, including defense of negligent supervision claims, personal injury claims, and insurance coverage.
For several years, Bryan’s practice has focused on representation of individual healthcare providers, hospitals, and related healthcare entities in response to civil actions or state licensing actions or investigations. He greatly enjoys advocating on behalf of health care professionals, as his family includes multiple practicing physicians.
PERSONAL
Bryan plays guitar, piano, drums, and has worked as a professional musician. Bryan enjoys travelling the world, trip by trip, in his spare time.
