Alea Carr is an experienced litigator who represents physicians and hospitals in medical negligence actions as well as employees facing workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination and individuals fighting for justice in civil rights matters.
She earned her degree in economics and political science from Western Washington University. Motivated by her passion for justice, she attended Seattle University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Whether negotiating settlements, navigating administrative proceedings, or litigating in court, she is committed to securing the best possible outcomes for the law firm’s clients.
Alea is known for her relentless advocacy, sharp legal acumen, and compassionate approach to client representation. She believes in empowering her clients, ensuring their voices are heard, and fighting for meaningful change in workplaces and communities.
PERSONAL
Outside of her legal work, Alea enjoys hand-building ceramics, visiting museums, and spending time with her beloved cat, Basil, and dog, T-Bone.
