Moira’s practice focuses on the defense of health care providers as well as general liability defense. She has handled numerous cases involving different medical specialties as well as cases involving construction site accidents and cases brought under Washington’s Involuntary Treatment Act. Moira attended Seattle University School of Law where she received the Washington Scholar scholarship award and received her JD in 2023. She has a prior BFA from Cornish College, and a BA in teaching and special education from Western Governor’s University. In addition to her health care and general liability defense work, at A&A Law she is currently developing a practice in disability and education law. A&A Law is proud to have Moira on our team of lawyers.
Moira’s work in education prior to law school influenced her decision to pursue a law degree. As a law student, she followed the constitutional law track and did her clinical work in civil rights at Seattle University’s Korematsu Center. During law school she continued working in special education and has worked in a variety of educational settings including alternative schools, public and private schools, internet schools and non-public agencies.
